We are rich in early childhood education. We are bringing our many years of experience in child development, and making them independent. We follow Montessori philosophy. Let us take a look at few words about Montessori.
Montessori Environment: -
Montessori classrooms provide a prepared environment where children are free to respond to their natural tendency to work. The children's innate passion for learning is encouraged by giving them opportunities to engage in spontaneous, purposeful activities with the guidance of a trained adult. Through their work, the children develop concentration and joyful self-discipline.
Montessori Teacher: -
The teacher originally called a "directress". Montessori teacher functions as a designer of the environment, resource person, role model, demonstrator, record-keeper and observer of each child's behavior and growth, help and encourage children, allowing them to develop self-confidence and inner discipline.
Practical Life: -
Experiences are based on real tasks using real household materials hence the child achieve the sense of independence. Children do activities such as spooning, pouring as well as preparing food, polishing and sewing elements. Aim of such activities is to enhance the child's co-ordination, fine-motor skills, concentration, order and independence. These exercises all are direct and indirect preparation for mathematics, language as well as later intellectual development.
Sensorial: -
This area a child discovers color, size, shape, taste, smell, sound, sight, touch discrimination and classification. Specially designed materials also develop basic understanding of mathematical concepts through exercises of comparing, grading and matching objects.
Language: -
The development of communication skills-speaking, listening, simple word building and reading is based on carefully prepared materials. To expand the child's vocabulary we organize Show & Tell games and promote an appreciation of books by reading stories.
Cultural, Music & Dance: -
