Why Montessori:-
A Montessori program is based on self-direction, non-competitive and cooperative activities that help a child develop a strong self-image, high levels of academic and social competence, encouraged making decisions at an early age, Montessori educated children are problem-solvers who can make appropriate choices, manage their time, and work well with others. They exchange ideas, discuss and work freely.
Child development:-
Montessori: - It develops cognitive, social, emotional and moral emphasis in child. – It develops in depth knowledge of child by learning and reasoning, interacts with other kids and develops moral strength. Traditional: - Just social development emphasis – Kids interacts with other kids and talk about what they like, whom they like, they play to-gather.
Teacher Role:-
Montessori: - Teacher motivates the environment with Montessori materials. Traditional: - Teacher act as an instructor by remaining in a center of class.
Inner discipline:-
Montessori: - Montessori environment emphasizes inner discipline in child. Traditional: - Teacher enforces discipline.

Montessori: - One to one instruction and observation between child and teacher. Traditional: - Group and some individual instruction between child and teacher.
